Doug Denny

Doug Denny currently serves as the Sr. Director of Business Development at Syneos Health, focusing on partnerships with Biotech and Emerging Pharmaceutical companies along the East Coast. As Founder and CEO of Waves for Change Worldwide, Doug also leads efforts in innovative community initiatives. Previous roles include Sr. Director of Business Development at Precision For Medicine, SubjectWell, and ICON plc, along with a significant tenure at PRA Health Sciences where Doug established the Global Inside Sales effort. Doug's extensive background in sales and management spans over two decades, specializing in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors, beginning with a foundation in executive search at SBR and Rainmaker Associates. Doug holds a BA in Biochemistry from the University of Virginia.
