Xiao Chen

Xiao Chen is an accomplished professional in business development and account management within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Account Director for Business Development at Thermo Fisher Scientific since September 2017, Xiao Chen specializes in GMP Lab Services to support drug discovery initiatives. Previous roles at Thermo Fisher include Business Development Executive for Drug Product and Senior OEM Consumables Account Manager, where success was demonstrated through significant revenue growth and market share enhancement in competitive environments. Prior experience includes establishing a distribution network for Horizon Discovery in the APAC region and serving as a Scientific Advisor/Project Manager at the CLIB, focusing on industrial biotechnology and R&D collaborations.
