Esther Pascual Peña

Esther Pascual Peña currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Client Solutions at Syneos Health and has been a co-founder member and Vice President of EngageMEN on the Board of Directors for Asociación Española de Ejecutiv@s y Consejer@s since May 2015. Esther Pascual Peña has over two decades of experience at AstraZeneca, culminating in the role of Executive Director of the Oncology Business Unit, where responsibilities included leading global external engagements and developing comprehensive engagement strategies. Additional roles at AstraZeneca spanned areas such as Real World Evidence, project management for clinical trials, and overseeing significant observational studies across various therapeutic areas. Esther Pascual Peña holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and has completed executive education in leadership at Esade.
