Grace Lin

Grace Lin currently serves as Senior Director of Oncology Strategy & Innovation at Syneos Health, having progressed from Director of Oncology Strategy & Innovation and Director of Clinical Development. Prior experience includes roles at ICON plc as Senior Project Manager and Senior Clinical Trial Manager, and at Outcome, A Quintiles Company as Clinical Research Associate. Grace began a career in clinical research as an Oncology early phase CRA at TTY Biopharm Company Ltd. and held a position as Quality Associate at SISU Inc. Grace holds a Master of Science in Plant Biology from National Taiwan University and a Bachelor of Science in Cell Biology and Genetics from The University of British Columbia.
