Inder Sachdeva

Inder Sachdeva currently serves as the Vice President of Safety and Pharmacovigilance at Syneos Health since June 2024, focusing on executive oversight, transformation, and building strategic partnerships. Prior to this role, Sachdeva spent over a decade at Cognizant in multiple leadership positions, including Senior Director and Portfolio Delivery Lead in Clinical Development Services, showcasing strong delivery and operations leadership across various global projects. Earlier career experience includes roles such as DGM of Operations and Director of Strategic Resourcing at Syneos Health, as well as Resource & Business Management at Pfizer. Inder Sachdeva began the professional journey as an Executive Assistant at IPCA, following educational qualifications of a B.Pharm from the University of Mumbai and a PGPM in Pharmaceutical Management from SIES College of Management Studies.
