Robert Zambon

Robert Zambon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at Syneos Health since July 2021, Robert has held multiple leadership roles focusing on technology strategy, transformational solution design, and real-world evidence solutions. Prior experience includes a tenure at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, where Robert led strategic initiatives in data science and real-world innovation across several therapeutic areas. Earlier positions include Chief Scientist and Life Sciences R&D Practice Lead at Booz Allen Hamilton, as well as program management and research roles in organizations such as Osiris Therapeutics and the University of Maryland Biotechnology Institute. Robert holds a Ph.D. in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of Maryland and a B.S. in Biotechnology from Rutgers University.
