Stephanie Gonzalez

Stephanie Gonzalez is a seasoned executive in the biotechnology and neuroscience sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Neuroscience Therapeutic Area Head at Syneos Health since April 2022. In addition, Stephanie holds the title of Senior Vice President, Global Head of Biotech Solutions. Prior to Syneos Health, Stephanie held various leadership roles at Parexel from October 2019 to April 2022, including Senior Vice President and Head of Biotech Operations for EMEA and Americas. Stephanie’s extensive experience also includes significant positions at PRA Health Sciences, ICON plc, and DuPont Pharmaceuticals/Bristol Myers Squibb, contributing to project delivery and clinical research. Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Dartmouth College.
