Warren Aronson

Warren Aronson is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in enterprise transformation and strategic operations within the biopharmaceutical sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Transformation at Syneos Health since January 2018, Warren oversees the Transition Management Office and manages a diverse portfolio of global strategic programs. Previously, Warren played a pivotal role in the transformational merger of INC Research and InVentiv Health as Executive Director of Strategic Operations, delivering over $100 million in synergies. With a solid background in operational management and organizational development from positions at the United States Special Operations Command and the United States Army Special Forces Training Group, Warren also holds advanced degrees in Business Administration and Computer Science, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
