Kevin Barber

Kevin Barber is a seasoned professional in the regulatory affairs sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Regulatory Consulting at Syner-G BioPharma Group since April 2025. Prior to this role, Kevin held multiple leadership positions at Rho, including Senior Vice President of Regulatory Strategy and Submissions and Vice President of Regulatory Strategy and Submissions from August 2018 to April 2025. Kevin's experience also includes a tenure as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Novan Therapeutics from February 2015 to August 2018, and extensive roles at Actavis plc (now Allergan) from January 2005 to December 2014, where Kevin served as Vice President of Global Brand Regulatory Affairs and other senior positions. Earlier in Kevin's career, significant contributions were made at Cato Research from January 1999 to January 2005, where Kevin progressed from Regulatory Scientist I/II to Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs and Project Management.
