Ifraj Hassan

Ifraj Hassan has a diverse work experience in finance and healthcare operations. Ifraj started their career at WNS Global Services as an Accounts Associate, where they handled accounts payable for Virgin Holidays and ensured timely payments to suppliers. Ifraj then joined Cassims International as an Account Executive before moving on to SYNERGEN Health. At SYNERGEN Health, Ifraj held various roles including Operations Analyst, Senior Operations Analyst, Assistant Team Lead, Team Lead Operation, and currently Senior Team Lead - Operation. Their responsibilities included measuring and monitoring client key performance indicators, managing client queries, training and developing new team members, preparing and presenting operation reports, and mentoring and managing team members.

Ifraj Hassan completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they are a Passed Finalist from the Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka and has completed the Intermediary Level from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. Ifraj also holds an Advanced Level qualification in Business/Commerce from St. Benedict's College.
