Amy Keaten, CSM, PMC-VI, has over two decades of experience in project management and customer service within the financial and educational sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Synergent since February 2011, Amy has previously held various roles such as Senior Project Coordinator, Product Owner, and Assistant Vice President of Customer Service, showcasing a strong background in supporting Credit Union staff and providing in-depth research on software and hardware. Prior experience at TD from January 2001 to February 2011 includes positions such as Commercial User Support Specialist and Commercial Documentation Specialist, where Amy focused on training and preparing loan documentation for commercial lending. Early career experience includes teaching English and Language Arts at Saint Peter's Catholic School. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Maine at Farmington.
