Carrie Shamos

Carrie Shamos is a Learning and Development Specialist at Synergent since December 2021, with a strong background in business analysis and training development. Previously, Carrie served as a Senior Business Analyst at TD from July 2014 to March 2021, where strategic communication and engagement initiatives were developed for over 900 colleagues in the Collections & Recovery area, as well as leading staff development initiatives for 1,200 team members. Prior experience includes roles as a Training Development Specialist and Paralegal at KILLIAN DAVIS Richter & Mayle, PC from February 2006 to July 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Southern Maine.
