Joanne Boyle

Joanne Boyle is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Director of Marketing - Partner & Sales Enablement at Synergi Partners since July 2020. With a strong background in marketing leadership, Joanne has previously held key positions at organizations such as iCIMS, where contributions included managing a team to enhance content storytelling and reconstructing the RFP process. Additional experience includes consulting roles at L&C Strategic Advisors and SuccessFinder, where strategic marketing initiatives were developed to drive growth. Prior to these roles, Joanne spent over a decade at ADP in various capacities focused on customer marketing and communication, supplementing expertise gained at VirtualEdge, Taleo, SWAROVSKI, and TAG Heuer. Joanne holds an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Centenary University, a certification in Travel & Meeting Planning from Katharine Gibbs School, and is a certified mixologist from the Professional Bartenders Association.
