Tim Pauwels

Tim Pauwels has a diverse professional background, starting as a Consultant and working their way up to District manager at Synergie Belgium. Tim then took on the role of Travelling in Central/South-America before returning to Synergie Belgium as the Head of Payroll, IT and Digital Development. With a Bachelor's degree in Lerarenopleiding secundair onderwijs from Hogeschool Gent, Tim has been instrumental in leading reform and optimization initiatives within various departments.
