Lynn Merritt

Lynn Merritt is an experienced human resources professional who has held various leadership roles in the field. She has a strong background in developing and executing human resource strategies, managing HR systems, and leading HR analytics teams. Lynn has worked for several well-known companies such as Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, Aetna, and CIGNA. She holds a Master of Science in Organizational Behavior from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Connecticut. Lynn currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Synergie Medication Collective, where she provides executive HR support to help grow and scale the start-up.
