Doug Lambert

Doug is a life-long Metro-Detroit resident with a Bachelors in Finance from Walsh College. He is one of the original employees of Synergies Plus and is a leader inside the company. With owning his own companies in the past he brings a wealth of knowledge inside and outside of the talent acquisition vertical. Doug leads the internal talent process and manages larger clients along with all of the company partnerships. He now resides in Clarkston with his wife and three children.
