Rachel Lutz - Shmeltzer

Rachel Lutz - Shmeltzer has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rachel started their career as a Chemist Teaching Assistant at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2003. Rachel then transitioned into the industry and worked at SYNERGIO from 2009 until the present. At SYNERGIO, Rachel has held various roles including Head of R&D Formulation Department, Director of R&D and Product Development, Technical Sales Director, and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in research and development, project management, team leadership, and strategic decision making. Rachel has also been involved in managing joint projects with international mega brands companies. Rachel is known for their ability to develop innovative natural products in the personal care technologies sector.

Rachel Lutz - Shmeltzer completed their education history with a PhD in Chemistry from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, specializing in Colloid and Surface Applied Chemistry, from 2003 to 2008.
