Andy Cascone

Andy Cascone is a seasoned UX Designer with extensive experience in creating and enhancing user experiences across various platforms. Currently at Synergis IT + Creative, Andy leads UX design projects for Google Payments, achieving significant milestones such as the redesign of loan application flows and integration of customer experience features. Previous roles include UX/UI Experience Design at Kaden Health, where innovative telehealth solutions were developed, and a notable tenure at VMLY&R, where Andy served as Group Director and Director of User Experience, managing diverse teams to meet client needs. With a background at Digitas focusing on financial services, an independent consultancy, and a solid foundation in project management at Interaxis, Andy holds an M.P.S. in Interactive Telecommunications and a B.A. in Political Science and Computer Science from New York University.
