Daniella Silva

Daniella Silva has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology and client integration industry. Daniella is currently serving as the Director of Technology Solutions at Synergistix, Inc. since July 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager, Client Integration at Arise Virtual Solutions Inc. from June 2017 to July 2020.

Before joining Arise Virtual Solutions Inc., Daniella was employed at Advantone, an IntelePeer Company, where they held the position of Project Manager from January 2014 to June 2017. Their career also includes roles at TMS Health, a Xerox Company, where they served as a Team Lead Business Analyst from December 2012 to January 2014, as a Business Analyst from October 2011 to December 2012, and as a Program Manager from August 2010 to October 2011.

Prior to their time at TMS Health, Daniella worked at Synergistix, Inc. as a Senior Client Liaison from January 2010 to September 2010, and as a Client Liaison from November 2007 to January 2010. Their earliest work experience includes a role as CRM Manager at Organon Venezuela from 2003 to 2006.

Daniella Silva obtained an Executive Certificate in Project Management from Florida Atlantic University in 2009. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello from 1995 to 2000, earning a degree in Human Resources.
