Reed Graham has a significant work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Reed started their career in 2003 at PulteGroup, where they held various positions such as General Manager, Vice President, VP of Customer Relations, and Southwest Area Process Improvement Director. Reed then joined Woodside Homes as the VP of Operations in 2014. In 2015, Reed became the Chief Operating Officer at Erickson Companies and later took on the role of President. Reed served as a Board Member at Erickson Companies and Synergos Companies. Additionally, Reed was an Associate Board Member at the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona. Currently, they continue to serve as the Chief Operating Officer at Synergos Companies and has been a Board Member since 2020.
Reed Graham obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management from Pittsburg State University, completing a five-year program from 1996 to 2001.
