Chong-Lim Lee is Director, Programs at Synergos, where she has helped establish and grow in-country programs building the trust and collaboration necessary for lasting progress on pressing, complex challenges. In this role, she works extensively with teams across Synergos’ geographies and functional teams, as well as external partners. Synergos’ programs align actors in government, business and civil society to achieve goals on priority topics, including maternal and child health, nutrition, agricultural transformation, education and social entrepreneurship. They operate in geographies including Bangladesh, India, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Namibia, South Africa, Mexico, Brazil and the Arab World.
Chong-Lim has utilized collaborative approaches throughout her career, which have included leading an international program enabling access to current academic and professional materials and consulting for a private water and sanitation provider’s community development program. She received a B.A. from The Johns Hopkins University and Masters in International Affairs from New School University.
