Mhairi Duncan

Mhairi Duncan is an experienced professional in learning and development with a strong background in planning, designing, and executing training programs. Currently serving as Manager of Learning and Development at Synergy since January 2019, Mhairi leads the organizational compliance and technical training framework and programs. Previous roles at Synergy include Learning and Development Lead and Senior Learning Specialist, where Mhairi focused on enhancing workforce capability and ensuring training met strategic and legislative needs. Mhairi's experience also includes a position as Learning and Development Partner at Perth Airport, where leadership development programs were delivered, and as Training Advisor at Aurizon, specializing in technical training and learning management systems. Mhairi holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mathematics from the University of Dundee and is currently pursuing a Diploma of Leadership and Management at AIM WA.
