Preston Bayley

Preston Bayley has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Preston is currently employed as the Head of Internal Audit at Synergy, a prominent Electricity Generation and Retail Corporation since March 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Director, Internal Audit (APAC & India) at Worley from May 2017 to March 2022. From November 2014 to November 2016, they served as a Senior Manager for Operational & Regulatory Risk at Bankwest. Before that, they worked at Ernst & Young as an Internal Audit Senior Manager from March 2003 to October 2014. Bayley also gained significant experience while serving as a Senior Internal Auditor at GMAC Bank from 2007 to 2009 and as an Internal Auditor at Stantons from 2001 to 2003.

Preston Bayley completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounting at Curtin University from 1997 to 1999. Preston also obtained a Graduate Diploma in Accounting at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia from 2002 to 2004.
