Johanne Adams currently serves as the Head of Quality and Insights at Nutun since May 2023 and as the Head of Quality at Synergy Contact Centre from September 2022 to the present. Previously, Johanne Adams worked as a Senior Operations Manager at CCI South Africa from February 2006 to August 2022. With extensive experience in quality management and operations, Johanne Adams has developed a strong expertise in enhancing organizational performance and insights.
