Ronald Elmer

Ronald Elmer has extensive experience in technology and education, currently serving as a CMHP Marketer and Energy Specialist at Synergy Companies since August 2015. Prior to this role, Ronald pursued studies in Adobe Web and Graphic Design at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers from 2013 to 2015, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Multimedia Design & Development with a concentration in Web Design & Development from DeVry University, graduating summa cum laude. Ronald's career began in the US Navy, where from 1985 to 2005, Ronald held various supervisory and technical positions, culminating as a Cryptologic Technician Technical Chief Petty Officer. After transitioning from the Navy, Ronald worked as an Application Engineering/Infrastructure Analyst at Hewlett-Packard and held analytical roles at MILVETS Systems Technology, focusing on the Navy and Marine Corps Intranet. Throughout this journey, Ronald has honed skills in technology integration, education, and team management.
