Chad Michael

Chad Michael is the current President at Synergy ECP. Prior to this, they were the President at Kaizen Approach from July 2010 to December 2017. With over 20 years of experience at the Department of Defense, they have held several positions including Computer Operator, UNIX System Administrator, Firewall Administrator, Information System Security Engineer, and Security Subject Matter Expert. Chad has also had the opportunity to work for and alongside several excellent contracting companies. With each role they performed and each company they encountered, they were more prepared to become a business owner. Understanding what it takes to perform on contract, they are better prepared to support our employees and customers as President of Kaizen.
