Larry Clairmont, MSc, PMP, CSM has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles related to project management, systems engineering, and consulting.

Starting from 2008, Larry worked as a Consultant Program/Project Manager for Verizon Federal Network Solutions, where they successfully managed a program to design and implement a multimedia telecommunications system, resulting in significant cost savings.

In 2009, Larry joined TransQuest Information Technology (TQIT) as an Information Technology Senior Consultant IV. Larry managed and delivered a quick reaction, non-attributable host environment for the National Security Council and CENTCOM, ensuring timely completion and coordination of project and systems lifecycle documents.

From 2010 to 2015, Larry worked at KeyW Corporation as a Sr. Systems Engineer/Section Manager. In this dual role, they supported a DoD customer as a Sr. Project Manager and supervised six KEYW Project Managers as a functional manager.

Larry then joined Synergy ECP in 2015 as a Section Manager/Systems Engineer II. Their responsibilities included initiating and leading project teams in the development and migration of mission database tools, as well as requirements definition, project planning, and documentation.

In 2017, Larry became a Program Manager at DXC Technology, focusing on pre-award activities for GREENWAY.

Starting in 2018, Larry worked as an Independent Consultant for Clear Mountain Consulting, LLC, specializing in IT networks project management and SCRUM Master. Larry also served as an instructor for DoD employees in project management principles at Edwards Performance Solutions.

During their time at Applied Integrated Technologies, Inc from 2018 to 2019, Larry led a $8M cyber security program for the US Air Force and served as an Acquisition Professional III, leading a team in the development and deployment of an Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) service.

From 2019 to 2020, Larry worked at EnDepth Solutions, LLC as a Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager, responsible for directing and monitoring the performance of 23 Systems and Software engineers under a DoD program.

Currently, Larry is a Senior Project Manager/Systems Engineer at Synergy ECP, where they manage projects and serves as the primary interface with the government Product Manager.

Larry Clairmont holds a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they earned from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, Larry earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus from 1994 to 1997.
