Chris Kraus

Chris Kraus serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Synergy Health Partners. With his two decades of experience in the financial and healthcare industries, he brings strong leadership and team-building skills, along with extensive experience in financial management, capital raising, and M&A. At Synergy Health Partners, he leads the finance, accounting, revenue cycle, IT, and compliance teams. Most recently, Chris served as the Chief Financial Officer for Traditions Behavioral Health and United Allergy Services. His experience also encompasses financial leadership positions at Diebold Nixdorf and managing roles at KPMG in the US and in Germany. Chris earned a Master of Economics and Finance from the University of Freiburg in Germany. He is also a certified public accountant (CPA) and a certified tax consultant (Germany).
