Niceson Karungi

Niceson Karungi is an experienced E-Justice Expert at Synergy International Systems since June 2021, specializing in change management for regional Case Management Systems, and providing technical support and training for judicial systems in Rwanda, Uganda, and Zimbabwe. Previously, Niceson held multiple roles at the Judiciary of Rwanda from May 2011 to June 2021, including IT Business Analyst, Director of IT Support, and ICT Officer, focusing on the Integrated Electronic Case Management System and website transition projects. Niceson holds a Master's degree in Software Development from the University of Glasgow and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Makerere University.
