Patrick Spencer has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Patrick started their career as the President/CEO of Ladder 2 Diving Services, a SCUBA diving contractor, and later worked as an Assistant Superintendent/Project Manager at The Richmond Group. Throughout their career, Patrick has demonstrated expertise in project management, engineering, and operations planning.

Patrick Spencer completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 2001 to 2005. Patrick then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Patrick also obtained several certifications. Patrick received the Niagara AX TCP Certification from Tridium in November 2014 and the Niagara N4 TCP Certification from the same institution in April 2016. Furthermore, they hold the Certified Energy Manager certification from the Association of Energy Engineers, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
