Greg Tozer

Vice President of Operations at Synergy Modular, Inc

Greg Tozer has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Greg started as a United States Army Ranger in 1999 and served for nine years in active duty and four years in reserves. After that, they worked as an East Sound Superintendent at Del-Jen, Inc. from December 1996 to January 1999, overseeing new construction and remodeling projects for naval bases.

From January 1999 to January 2001, Tozer held the position of General Superintendent at Bird Construction, managing commercial and retail construction projects and providing training to superintendents.

Following that, they worked at Building Emergency Response Team (BERT) LLC from January 2001 to March 2004, initially as a General Contractor/Owner and then as an Ownership Transfer Consultant. During this time, they conceptualized, operated, and eventually sold a building repair and maintenance company.

In 2004, Tozer joined Ledcor Construction Group as a Sr. Superintendent and Turnaround Specialist, overseeing new commercial construction projects and managing contracts and budgets.

From April 2007 to February 2009, they worked as a Construction Manager at Bird Construction, driving day-to-day operations and managing production and financial processes, quality control, and safety programs.

Tozer then joined Express Construction Company in February 2009 as the Director of Operations for the Tenant Improvement and Shell and Core Divisions. In this role, they oversaw customer relationships, production, and financial management operations, as well as project coordination and safety programs.

Currently, Tozer is serving as the Vice President of Operations at Synergy Modular, Inc since July 2016.

Greg Tozer has completed bachelor's level coursework in Industrial Arts at Washington State University. In addition to their educational background, they have obtained several certifications, including being Procore Certified in Subcontractor, Associate, and Superintendent. Greg has also obtained 30-hour and 10-hour cards from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
