Rick Sommerfeld

Rick Sommerfeld is an experienced Project Superintendent with a diverse background in managing construction projects, specializing in residential and mixed-use developments. Currently serving at Synergy Modular, Inc. since October 2022, Rick has previously led projects such as the Arc apartment community in Great Falls, Montana, and the Kirkland Lifebridge project, a substantial multi-building development. Throughout a career spanning multiple companies, including Ryan Companies US Inc. and Trammell Crow Residential, Rick has been responsible for overseeing construction operations, ensuring timely and profitable project completions, and supervising teams and subcontractors. Rick holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, and various certifications in stormwater management and safety training.
