Gary Palank

Gary Palank is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the recruitment industry. Currently serving as Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Synergy Search since 2020, Gary has previously held the position of Division Director at Robert Half International from 2004 to 2020. Earlier in the career, Gary worked as a Tax Associate at KPMG from 2001 to 2003. Gary holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law, obtained between 1999 and 2002, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Mount St. Mary's University, earned from 1995 to 1999.
