Bianca Balvert

Bianca Balvert is an experienced consultant currently working at ORGfit since May 2021. Bianca has a strong background in business administration, holding an MBA from Radboud University, and previously served as Chairman of Synergy, a study association for business administration students, where responsibilities included overseeing activities for approximately 2,000 members. Bianca also advised the board of Synergy as a member of the Advisory Board and contributed to organizing the Nijmegen Career Event in 2017. With earlier roles in customer service at Albert Heijn and HEMA, as well as an internship at Arcadis focused on sustainability, Bianca demonstrates a diverse skill set in leadership, organizational development, and client relations.
