Matthew Hefner

Matthew Hefner worked at Synetic Technologies as a Sr. Certified Apple Manager starting in February 2019. Before that, they had a range of roles at Apple starting in March 2013, including Service Administrator from July 2017 to February 2019, Lead & Learn Trainer from February 2017 to June 2017, Genius from March 2013 to June 2017, and In-Store Guest Trainer from February 2015 to July 2015.

Matthew Hefner completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business with a minor in Economics from Park University between 2008 and 2010. In 2016, they enrolled at Metropolitan Community College-Business & Technology, where they pursued studies in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. The end year of their enrollment at the latter institution is not provided.
