Ilja Munsterman

Ilja Munsterman is a seasoned business developer and account manager with extensive experience in the digital marketing industry. Currently, Ilja works at Synetic, a full-service digital agency based in Haarlem, since June 2021, focusing on strategy, design, and software development. Prior to this, Ilja spent more than a decade at Pepperminds, progressing through various roles from promotor to captain and ultimately to salescoach, leading teams of 30 to 60 sales professionals through training and coaching to enhance their skills. Ilja holds a degree from Inholland University of Applied Sciences, obtained in 2016.
