Joydeep Choudhury

Joydeep Choudhury is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Syngene International Limited since April 2021, overseeing essential functions, biopharmaceuticals, and manufacturing businesses. With a previous role at AstraZeneca as the Rewards & Inclusion Lead, Joydeep managed HR for major therapy areas in India. Prior to AstraZeneca, Joydeep worked at PwC as a Principal Consultant in People and Organization, specializing in areas such as organization effectiveness and HR transformation. Additional experiences include leadership positions in HR at Godrej Consumer Products Ltd, Levi Strauss & Co., and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited. Joydeep holds a PGD-PMIR in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata.
