Shubham Godha

Shubham Godha currently serves as a Junior Manager in Internal Audit and Continuous Improvement-QA at Syngene International Limited since January 2023. Prior to this role, Shubham worked at Lupin from November 2015 to February 2023 as an Executive, where responsibilities included designing training programs using the SABA Learning Management System, achieving a 100% increase in compliance, retention, and productivity rates, as well as managing CSV validation for LMS and coordinating SOP revisions and training schedules. Shubham holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, obtained between 2011 and 2015.
