Nirunrid Dorndeelerd is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Country HR Head for Syngenta in Thailand since May 2022, Nirunrid previously held the position of Head of People Team at GroupM, focusing on HR strategies for multiple agencies in Thailand. With a strong foundation in commercial HR as HRBP at Nestlé and as the Head of Human Resources for American Express Thailand, Nirunrid has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition and employee performance management. Additionally, experience at Coca-Cola and roles in assessment and recruitment at Philip Morris and PacRim Group further highlight a comprehensive HR skill set. Nirunrid graduated from Ramkhamhaeng University and Khon Kaewn Wittayayon.
