Scott W. Nettie

Scott has joined the Syngrafii team as General Counsel. In that role, he will bring his professional experiences to bear on all aspects of our operations as we step up to the next level in cutting edge e-signatures, video technology and non-repudiation.

Scott is a practising lawyer with calls in Ontario and Nova Scotia. His professional career has included private practice in Toronto; Senior Counsel with Canada’s second largest bank, The Toronto-Dominion Bank; and several years on the Bench of the Superior Court of Justice (Ontario) as the Registrar in Bankruptcy. Scott has also spent time running one of the largest multi provincial consumer bankruptcy practices in Canada for A. Farber & Partners; and three years as a Member with the Parole Board of Canada.

Scott’s C level experience comes from being the Vice President of Promeric Technologies Inc., the largest supplier of software to bankruptcy trustees in Canada, and the founding President of Vision Blue Services (Canada) Limited, whose parent company, Vision Blue Ireland Ltd. Is now the second largest supplier of software technology to that same market.
