Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business management and nutrition. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V., experience has been gained in regulatory compliance since January 2016. Mariana previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a nutritionist at a private consulting office from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also served as a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics and the history of food.
