Leticia Carvalho

Leticia Carvalho has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2014, they worked as a Technical Support Staff at MSTI Automação for three months. During the same year, they also worked at Universidade de Ribeirão Preto as part of the LIAPE, a laboratory for research and teaching activities, from July 2014 to July 2016.

In 2017, Leticia joined DATA H and held two roles. Leticia started as a Natural Language Processing specialist from March 2017 to May 2018. Then, they transitioned into a Chatbot Developer from May 2018 to December 2022.

In 2018, Leticia briefly worked as the CEO of Blaamp from October 2018 to June 2019.

Lastly, they joined Synkar Autonomous in August 2019 as a Computer Engineer. Currently, they serve as the Operations Team Lead, a role they have been in since August 2021.

Leticia Carvalho completed their Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Instituto de Ciências Matemáticas e de Computação (ICMC) - USP between 2022 and 2024. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade de Ribeirão Preto between 2014 and 2018. Leticia also obtained their High School Diploma from Colégio Ressurreição Vita et Pax between 2010 and 2012. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in "Implementação do programa 5S na sala de servidores/coordenação LIAPE" from Semesp in November 2014.
