Mads Gravers Jeppesen

Mads Gravers Jeppesen has a long and extensive work experience. Starting in 2006, they were a PostDoc at the University of Copenhagen. In 2008, they became a Research Scientist at INAGEN, where they were responsible for the design of recombinant chimeric API's, downstream process development and protein characterization. From 2012 to 2017, they were a Senior Scientist at Symphogen, where they were responsible for downstream purification development of mAb mixtures and tech transfer to CMO's, on-site supervision of GMP manufacturing, virus validation models and DP manufacturing. Mads also used DoE and HTPD throughout the process development. In 2017, they became a Process Technology Manager at CHRETO. Finally, from 2018 to the present, they have been the Head of Discovery and Head of Protein Engineering at Synklino, where the aim is to eliminate cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection through rational design/engineering of a chimeric protein based API.

Mads Gravers Jeppesen completed their PhD in Protein Crystallography at Aarhus University between 1996 and 2006. Prior to that, they attended Odder Gymnasium from 1990 to 1993. Mads also holds two certifications from Mannaz, Projektledelse 1 which they obtained in June 2010, and Projektledelse 3 which they obtained in November 2016.
