Silvana Farris

Silvana Farris is an experienced professional in sourcing and financial management, currently serving as Sourcing Manager at Gruppo SYNLAB Italia since September 2016. Previously, Farris held multiple roles at Acquedotto del Fiora S.p.A. from 2008 to 2016, including responsibilities in administration, regulatory control, strategic planning, and financial forecasting. Farris played a key role in redefining control models and migrating to a new SAP ERP system, while also preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports. Earlier experience includes work at the University of Siena, where Farris contributed to the digitalization of the document protocol system. Farris holds a degree in Environmental Economics from the University of Siena and further qualifications in Energy Management from the same institution and the University of Antwerp.
