Regula Künzler

Regula Künzler has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Regula currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources Services at SYNLAB Suisse SA since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Teamleader HR Administration at the same company from May 2020 to March 2021.

In 2019, Regula served as a Senior HR & Payroll Specialist on an interim basis at NYRSTAR SALES & MARKETING AG, where they handled comprehensive HR tasks during a significant organizational change. Regula provided guidance and support to supervisors and employees affected by the closure of the company's Swiss headquarters.

Before that, in 2019, they worked as an HR Business Partner on an interim basis at Habasit for a brief period from April to June. In 2017, Regula held the position of Leiterin Human Resources at Swisshaus AG for one year.

From October to November 2017, they worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at TURTLE Management AG and earlier, from July to October 2017, they served as an HR Advisor & Payroll Specialist at the same company.

Regula has also held the role of Leiterin Personal (Head of Personnel) at Bereit für eine neue Herausforderung from July 2015 to June 2017, at Data Quest AG from April 2013 to June 2015, and at astramedia international ag from May 2011 to February 2013.

Their career started at Tecan Trading AG, where they worked as an HR Administration Officer from March 2009 to February 2011. Regula also worked briefly at Sanitas Krankenversicherung as Mitarbeiterin, Stv Bereichsleitung HR from March to December 2008.

Regula Künzler has a diverse education history. Regula obtained a Masters Degree in Evangelische Theologie from the Universities Basel, Bern Freiburg i. Ue. between 1981 and 1988. Prior to that, they completed their Matura Typus E (Wirtschaft) at Kantonsschule St. Gallen from 1977 to 1981. In the field of human resources, they received a Personalfachfrau mit eidg. Fachausweis from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW in 1998 after studying there from 1997 to 1998. Regula also has a Zertifikat KV Luzern in Personalführung from KV Luzern Berufsakademie in 1999. In the year 2004, they obtained a Zertifikat Informatikanwender (II) SIZ from Klubschule Migros Luzern. Moving on to specialized courses, they completed a CAS Arbeitsrecht in HR - Arbeitsrecht from ZHAW School of Management and Law in 2007, followed by a CAS Strategisches Human Capital Management in HR Strategie from the same institution in 2007. Regula further enhanced their skills by earning an Ausweis als Berufsbildnerin für Kaufleute D & A from EB Zürich in 2008. In 2016, their education continued with an IPMA Level D, Certified Project Management Associate certification from IPMA, International Project Management Association. Finally, in 2016, they completed a HR Expertin NDS HF (eidgenössisch anerkannt) / HR Leiterin AKAD SKP degree in Human Resources from AKAD Business.
