Emma Gill

Emma Gill is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over 15 years in various roles. Currently serving as HR Manager at SYNLAB UK & Ireland since January 2020, Emma has previously held positions including HR Advisor at iPP - Integrated Pathology Partnerships and HR Manager at The HR Dept. Emma began a career at Devon County Council as an HR Adviser, providing HR advice to schools, academies, and external customers. Emma holds a BA (Hons) in Personnel Management from the University of Plymouth, obtained from 1993 to 1997, and completed education at Somerset College of Arts and Technology and Court Fields Community School.
