Hannah Lewis

Hannah Lewis has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Hannah started their career at the Legal Services Commission as a Performance Analyst, where they were responsible for reporting against corporate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and developing resource modelling systems. Hannah also worked as a Senior Policy Analyst, where they evaluated historical legal aid claim data to inform policy making decisions. Later, they became the Corporate Performance Manager, developing KPIs and implementing the organizational management information strategy. Hannah managed a team of three members.

Afterward, they joined HM Revenue & Customs as the Head of Better Regulation Analysis, where they coordinated analysis for tax impact assessments and ensured the quality and clarity of impact information submitted to ministers. Hannah also coordinated monitoring and evaluation commitments alongside tax policy changes.

Hannah then worked as an Organizational Development Advisor at the Pan African Climate Justice Alliance, where they strengthened the systems and structures of non-government organizations in Kenya. Hannah conducted organizational capacity assessments and developed bespoke development plans and strategies for each organization.

Hannah then served as a Performance Management Advisor at Westminster City Council, where they produced year-end corporate reporting and benchmarking analysis. Hannah'srole included gathering, analyzing, and reporting insightful management information to the Strategic Executive Board.

Hannah's next role was an Insight Specialist at the London Borough of Waltham Forest, where they provided insight expertise to a new function bringing together analytical teams from different departments. Hannah developed business intelligence dashboards and implemented data visualization reporting to support strategic decision making and the commissioning of new services.

Currently, they are the Head of Data and Analytics at SYNLAB UK, where they are responsible for overseeing data and analytics operations. The precise dates for their most recent roles are not provided.
