Dan Hatola

Dan Hatola is an experienced professional in data and analytics, currently serving as the Head of Data and Analytics at AS Beauty Group since August 2025. Previously, Dan held various leadership roles at FULLBEAUTY Brands from October 2012 to August 2025, including Chief Data and Analytics Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and SVP of Marketing and Business Intelligence. Prior experience includes positions at Redcats USA as Vice President of Business Intelligence and Director of Marketing for Roaman's, as well as Director of Marketing at Hanover Direct. Dan earned an MBA in Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Business Management/Marketing from Cornell University.
