Victoria Aruldoss-Hines has extensive experience in the healthcare and laboratory sector. Victoria currently serves as the Head of Health & Safety at SYNLAB UK & Ireland, where they are responsible for developing and delivering the company's health and safety management system. Following this, they attended the University of Surrey from 2005 to 2008 and obtained a Master's degree in Medical Microbiology. In 2014, Victoria completed a course on Implementing Advanced Quality Management at the University of Greenwich. In 2015, they received an IBMS Certificate of Expert Practice in Quality Management from Ulster University.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Victoria has obtained various certifications. Victoria is a registered Biomedical Scientist with The Health and Care Professions Council.
