Michelle Fletcher

Michelle Fletcher is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various roles across different industries. Currently serving as a Finance Business Partner at Synlait Milk Limited since October 2019, Michelle has held multiple titles, including Finance Business Partner for Manufacturing and Capital Projects. Prior to this, Michelle worked at Edinburgh Airport as a Finance Business Partner from August 2016 to June 2019, and briefly at Galliford Try as an Accountant. Michelle's career began at Deloitte Private New Zealand, where a Senior Consultant role was held from February 2012 to December 2015, after an initial position as an Inward Goods Forklift Driver at 45 South Management. A Bachelor of Commerce with first class honors in accounting was achieved at Lincoln University, complemented by qualifications from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
